schöne helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Bergmannkiez

Während unseres Urlaubs möchten wir unsere schöne 75m² Wohnung untervermieten.

Die helle Wohnung befindet sich im 4 OG. und besteht aus 2 großen Zimmern (25m² und 28m²), die durch einen Flur getrennt sind, einer großen Küche und einem Badezimmer.

Sie ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Schlafsofa, großes Doppelbett (2mX2m), Esstisch, Schränken, Fernseher, WLAN, gut ausgestatteter Küche, usw.

Momentan ist die Wohnung in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer aufgeteilt. Sollte die Wohnung als WG genutzt werden, könnte man in das Wohnzimmer noch ein Bett reinstellen.

Insgesamt kostet die Wohnung pauschal (inklusive Internet, Strom- und Heizkosten) 1.000 € pro Monat.

During our holidays we would like to rent our beautiful apartment (75m²).

Our light-coloured apartment is on the 4th floor and has 2 large rooms (25m² & 28m²) which are separated by the corridor, 1 large kitchen and one bathroom.

The apartment is well appointed with washing machine, dishwasher, sofa, king-size bed (2mX2m), dining table, waredrobe, TV, WiFi, well appointed kitchen, and so on.

Actually the apartment is separated into a living room and a bedroom, but if you want to use it as a shared apartment it`s also possible to put a bed into the livingroom.

The total charge of the apartment is 1.000 € per mounth including WiFi, electricity and heating costs.
