wir bieten unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (aktuell WG) zur Untermiete vom oben genannten Zeitraum an.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Südstern (Kreuzberg, U7) und ist im schönen, ruhigen Hinterhaus.
Am Liebsten wäre uns ein nettes, sauberes Pärchen und oder zwei Freunde, die gemeinsam eine Wohnung suchen, oder eine Einzelperson, die die gesamte Wohnung mieten möchte für den einen Monat.
Schreibt uns einfach eine Nachricht, wenn Ihr ernsthaftes Interesse habt und einigermaßen spontan Besichtigungen wahrnehmen könnt in den kommenden Tagen. Es wäre toll, wenn Ihr ein paar Sätze dazu schreibt, was Ihr in Berlin macht, wer ihr seid usw.

Hey there,
we are subletting our beautiful 2-room-flat at Berlin Südstern for the period mentioned above.
The flat is very near to Südstern (U7) and located in the nice and quiet backyard.
We would prefer a nice and tidy couple or two friends to rent out the flat or if you prefer the flat for yourself that would also work for us.
