The apartment was originally two separate flats which have been connected, so has two large hallways, making it feel particularly spacious. The flat will be rented completely furnished and has new appliances.

Das Gebäude liegt genau gegenüber vom wunderschönen Viktoria Park. In direkter Nachbarschaft finden sich unzählige kleine Cafes, Restaurants und natürlich der historische Bergmann Kiez.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und friedlich im Hinterhaus des Gebäudes gelegen. Direkt an die Wohnung angeschlossen gibt es einen kleinen Garten, welchen man sich lediglich mit zwei weiteren Nachbarn teilt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss; ihre hinteren Fenster (2. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer) öffnen sich in den Garten und die vorderen Fenster (1. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad) öffnen sich in den privaten Innenhof des Gebäudes. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und der Innenhof ist natürlich abgeschlossen, so dass er sicher und ruhig ohne Straßenlärm ist.
Direkt vor der Haustür des Vorderhauses ist eine Bushaltestelle und zur Ubahnstation Yorkstr. oder Mehringdamm sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.

The building is directly across from beautiful Viktoria Park. The neighbourhood includes cafes, restaurants and historic Bergmann kiez, however is quiet and peaceful.
The flat is located in the back house (Hinterhaus) with a private garden shared with only two neighbours, therefore lots of privacy and light. The flat is on the ground floor; its back windows (2nd bedroom and living room) open into the garden, and the front windows (1st bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) open into the building's private courtyard. The garden is completely fenced and courtyard is of course locked, so it is secure and quiet with no street noise.
Bus is directly in front of the front building's (Vorderhaus) door, and U bahn Yorckstr and Mehringdamm a short walk away. The neighbours are lovely by the way, and summertime picnics in the garden are welcomed.
Eine Langzeitvermietung ist ganz klar gewünscht und wird bevorzugt.
