ZIMMER ZU VERMIETEN!
Ich vermiete ein Zimmer (ca. 26qm) in meiner sehr schönen und hellen Wohnung ab dem 01.02.2016 bis vorerst 01.02.2017 unter. Das zweite Zimmer (ca. 13qm) behalte ich, da ich ca. 1 Woche/Monat in Berlin sein werde und dann das Zimmer nutzen möchte. Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert untervermietet werden, nach Absprache.
Ich suche eine (nicht zwei!) ruhige, saubere und verantwortungsvolle MitbewohnerIn, die im Idealfall auch bereits berufstätig ist oder sich in einer ähnlichen Lebenssituation befindet; ich beginne zum 01.02. mit meiner Promotion in Brüssel und werde zwischen Berlin und Brüssel pendeln.
Wenn Du Lust hast, mit mir (ab und zu) zusammen zu wohnen, melde Dich unter und wir vereinbaren einen Termin zum Kennenlernen und zum Wohnung angucken.

ROOM TO SUBLET!
I am subletting a room (ca. 26qm) in my beautiful and bright flat from 01.02.2016 until for now 01.02.2017. The second room (ca. 13qm) I will keep, as I will be in Berlin every month for a week and want to use the room. The room can be sublet partially furnished, after agreement.
I am looking for one (not two!) calm, clean and responsible person who ideally is also working or in a similar situation than I am; I will start my PhD in February and will be commuting between Berlin and Brussels.
