Hello everyone, I am currently looking for a trustworthy tenant (up to April 2021, shorter possible) that would rent my flat while I am away. I am happy to provide more info and I am sure you will be very happy with the place :) Please only get in touch if you are fine with the rent and the time period. The flat is for one or two people.

The flat features two double bedrooms plus large living room and is very cosy with industrial decoration and very high ceilings.
You will of course also be able to use the rest of the flat. The loft-like combination of a large open kitchen, dining room and TV area (>60sqm) lets you enjoy the cosy and charming atmosphere. The old Altbau building with its 4 meter high ceilings, newly furnished and decorated in a cosy industrial design is a Masterpiece in Berlin Kreuzberg. Especially the open kitchen is ideal for cooking in small groups.The flat if 90sqm but seems much bigger due to the large outlay and high ceilings.
The flat (90sqm) is located in the heart of Kreuzberg, close to the famous Bergmannkiez. The very central location offers transport links by 3 metros and several bus lines in immediate walking distance (2-8min), meaning basically everywhere in Berlin is reached within 30 minutes. Also in the immediate vicinity are Viktoria Park, Tempelhof Field (old airport), Hasenheide Park, Landwehr Canal, etc. A superbe location that I enjoy more and more each day!
The flat will be exclusively rented out for living purposes. Respect it and treat it like your own please. No parties or larger, loud gatherings will be allowed.
There will be a TV shoot for four days in the living room within the second week of Feb, for which the flat will be occupied from 9am to 7pm. I assume this is working time so you wont be hassled too much. The discounted price already takes this into account.
