searching for some kind of sublet/flatmate. offering a beautiful spot close to the park, a little outside of hotspots, but still close enough to reach them quick. kind of a little loft, better to say remise in the back of a small industrial spot. can be really inspiring and poetic. great for writing, rehearsals (rather quiet ones), acoustic music, whatever,...
if you need silence around you, but still are open enough to share privacy with someone else at times and you can imagine to live in a place that from every once in a while does small cosy events like cinema, we might have found each other. haha.
the private room and the venue's-room are separate..
i am also open for your own ideas and concepts..
from july and august i won't be there for example, as i'm spending some time at our little farm outside the city.
there's a lot of options. let's meet and talk it over.
besides all the freedom you can find here, there's two things to respect: neighbours and privacy. that means no loud happenings and officially it's a workspace.
it's not meant to be a party flatshare. rather human exchange and inspiration with philosophical and political background, in case we should spend time together, but you'll also have to like time on your own, as i'll be elsewhere a lot.
i don't mind if you are young or old, where you come from, which language you speak, but would be great if you knew what respect and giving love to yourself and your surrounding means.
a small picture about myself: guitar, singing, recording, yoga, breathing, whine at times, avoid sugar as far as i succeed, haha, sceptic about capitalism and overcosumption, open for ideas to change the world, offering helping hands, giving an ear, spending time with good people.. ah and i'm from berlin and when i'm here, there'll be a sweet foxy dog..
50 m2-120m2, 350-650 euro a month, depending on our agreements..
