Apartamento
Hello, we are looking to sublet our beautiful flat to some nice people that will take care of it and water our plants! The apartment has a bedroom, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Internet and washing machine of course. It is on the 3rd floor, has afternoon sun and although it is on the bergmannstrasse (amazing streets with lots of caffes/restaurants) it is very quiet because its on the backyard. Tempelhofer Field is nearby, if you re up for jogging, skating, cycling, bbq-ing (we can borrow you a bbq!) or just chilling in the sun. We are going away for 6 weeks, starting from August 18th until end of September. The monthly rent is 750 euros warm, but we can leave it to you on 710, if you can water the plants!
