Attention: the apartment is located at the heart of Kreuzberg and the neighbors are sometimes noisy, also during night-time. However, concentrated work for studies etc. is possible. For people sensitive to noise, using earplugs for better sleep is recommended.

The apartment is available from the beginning of February until the end of March 2017. This is only the maximum time span for tenancy; a shorter period and a corresponding rent are negotiable. According to your needs, it can be rent completely without furniture (except system kitchen including a stove) or with sleeping accomodation for 2 persons, 2 tables and chairs, dishes and 2 shelves. It has central heating system, hot water, electricity, a balcony and a cellar for possible storage. The apartment has a big kitchen for cooking, bath room with bath tube, one big and sunny living room (with balcony) open to the corridor (can be closed with a curtain), and one smaller sleeping room with a door to close.

No internet connection or landline, but using your own smartphone or other mobile devices as hotspot is possible without problems. There are also several cafés around which offer free WiFi.

The apartment is located near Heinrichplatz/Oranienstraße. Next subway stations: Görlitzer Bahnhof and Kottbusser Tor. Good bus connections. Next S-Bahn or train station: Ostbahnhof. River Spree, nice people, street food and a lot of green spaces are just around the corner!

Frei von Anfang Februar bis Ende März 207, noch kürzere Mietzeiten ggf. möglich. 2 Zimmer, Einbauküche, Wannenbad, Balkon, Keller. Das große Wohnzimmer hat einen offenen Durchgang zum Flur, der mit einem Vorhang abgedeckt werden kann, so dass ggf. auch zwei Personen einziehen können. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat eine Tür. Die nahe Kottbusser Tor und Görlitzer Bahnhof gelegene Wohnung mit Zentralheizung wird nur mit dem nötigsten möbliert sein: Matratzen, Tische, Stühle, Regale, Geschirr, als Kühlschrank eignet sich ggf. der Balkon. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig und hat laute Nachbarn (auch nachts). Kein festes Internet- oder Telefon, aber viele Cafés mit W-Lan in der Nähe.
