GREEN IN KREUZBERG

The sunny apartment is located in a beautiful green alley in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzbergs ORANIENPLATZ.

Shops, Restaurants, Bars and Cinemas are just round the corner, but the apartment itself lies in a very (!) silent rear building.

Two tube stations are accessible within a short walk (U8, U1) and two bus-lines are in front of the door.

The apartment is fully furnished with a natural and cosy style. In the bathroom you´ll find a shower and a bathtub. The Livingroom/Bedroom has a nice double bed, a lounge area and an office on the 1st floor.

In front of the house you can walk along the canal or through the green lung of the former area of The Wall. I live here since 15 years now and still love it here very much.

Die sonnige Wohnung liegt an einer der schönsten Alleen der Stadt. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Kneipen und Kinos sind direkt um die Ecke und dennoch ist sie sehr (!) ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Ich liebe die schönen Spaziergänge am Landwehrkanal oder entlang der alten Mauer und dem Engelbecken.

Zwei U-Bahn-Stationen sind zu Fuss erreichbar, zwei Busse fahren direkt vor der Haustür ab.

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet und dabei gemütlich und natürlich. In der Küche befindet sich ein Sofa zum Entspannen, auch im Flur ist eine Sitzecke vorhanden.

im Badezimmer gibt es Bad&Dusche, im Wohn-/Schlafraum befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett, eine Sofaecke und ein Büro im 1.Stock.
