My husband and I will be travelling through South America for 2,5 months. During our honeymoon, we want to rent our cozy and sunny apartment. :)
Apartment is available from 16.9. to 30.11. and is located in Kreuzberg, close to Victoria park and Bergmannkiez.
It has one bedroom, living room with balcony, bathroom, kitchen and hallway. It is completely furnished and has following appliances:
- washing machine
- dishwasher
- stove
- fridge
- kettle
- toaster & other small kitchen appliances (except microwave)
- vacuum cleaner
- TV
- radio
- hairdryer
etc.
Closest U-bahn station is Platz der Luftbrücke (U6 - 7 minutes walk), Yorkstrasse station is also closeby and only 10 minutes walk. Bus stations 104 and 140 are less than 2 minutes walk.
The neighbourhood is really nice - from one side, you can enjoy calm mornings in Victoria Park or be more active in Gleisdreick park. On the 10 minutes walk you can find very vibrant Bergmanstraße full of restaurants, bars, shops and a market with various international food. Close to the apartment are also bigger supermarkets like Lidl (just around the corner) and REWE. In the street is free public parking space.
We are looking for 2 people / couple that will take care of our apartment and enjoy it while we're gone. Couch, bed and most of the furniture are recently bought. Living room can also serve you as a bedroom, if you prefer to have separated rooms.
Internet is also included in the price. Bike storage is on the ground floor so you can store your bikes safely and protect them from rain.
Pets are welcomed. :)
