Wir vermieten unsere schöne Altbauwohnung in Kreuzkölln, da wir für 10 Tage nach Italien fahren.
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet:
- Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schreibtisch.
- Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Couch und einem schönem alten Klavier (auch 3 Gitarren ;) ).
- Eine sehr große Küche, mit einem großen Holztisch zum essen, einer Sitzecke und viel platz zum kochen.
Wir haben alle Küchenutensilien und einen großen Kühlschrank da wir sehr gerne kochen :)
- Ein kleines gemütliches Bad mit Dusche
Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus und sehr ruhig! Man hört keine Autos und die Nachbarn sind ebenfalls angenehm! Der Hof, in den man schaut hat einen Baum und Efeu an den Wänden.

We sublet our cosy, Berlin style flat for 10 days, since we are going to travel to Italy.
It´s completely furnished and we leave you everything you need.
- there is one big kitchen with a big table, a lot of space to cook and a small chill area
- a bedroom with a double bed and a desk
- a big living room wit a couch and an old piano
- a small bathroom with a shower
The flat is really quiet, although its located in the middle of an lively area.

Lage: Direkt am Maybachufer und somit 5min von dem Türkischen Markt entfernt!
Ab März habt ihr gleich um die Ecke den Nowkölln Flowmarkt, auf dem man wunderbar essen und trödeln kann.
Die Hasenheide und der Görlitzerpark sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Genau vor der Tür gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl an Kaffees, Restaurants und Bars.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Haustür!
Ein großes Lidl und Aldi, sind auf der anderen Straßenseite.
Edeka und Lpg sind 10min zu Fuß entfernt!
Zu den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln läuft man 8 min: Ubhf Schönleinstrasse und Ubhf Hermannplatz.

The location is amazing: 2 minutes walk and you are at the Maybachufer where you find the Turkish Market.
In the streets around the flat you’ll find cosy bars and cafés and nice cheap restaurants.
Right in front of the door you have a Lidl and an Aldi, two large supermarkets.
If you want to recover from the busy urban life, you can take a walk at the beautiful Maybachufer or visit Hasenheide or Gölitzerpark, to parcs which are really close.
It takes you 8 minutes to U-Bahn station Hermannplatz or Schönleinstraße and the M29 which goes directly to Mitte and Kuhdamm departs also nearby (5 minutes walk).
- Unser Klavier und die Gitarren könnt ihr auch gerne benutzen.
- Internet & Wlan ist natürlich auch dabei!
- Wir haben sehr viele Pflanzen in der Wohnung, um die müsstet ihr euch dann auch kümmern ;)
