wir vermieten unsere Wohnung für einen längeren Zeitraum unter. Das Haus (plattenbau) sieht von außen nicht besonders einladend aus, doch die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und hell. Sie ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet und hat einen Balkon. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine gemütliche Sofaecke und Arbeitplatz Der Preis ist pauschal d.h. Internet usw sind inklusive.
we rent our apartment for longer peroiod of time. The apartment is well laid out and bright. It is fully furnished and equipped and has a balcony. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a desk. The price is a flat rate. Internet etc. are included.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Ubhf Prinzenstraße gelegen aber der Ubhf Kottbusser Tor ist auch nicht weit. Verschiedene Supermärkte, der Kanal, dirverse Parks und natürlich eine Vielzahl an Bars, Clubs, Gallerien usw. befinden sich in Laufnähe.
The apartment is located close the subway station Prinzenstraße but the subway station Kottbusser Tor is also not far. Various supermarkets, the canal, various parks and of course a variety of bars, clubs, galleries, etc. are within walking distance.
Wir vermieten die Wohnung aus beruflichen Gründen unter und brauchen eine/n zuverlässige/n Mieter/in der/die über die gesamte angebene Mietdauer bleibt. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet wenn allerdings etwas raus soll ist das auch kein Problem. Sie ist sowohl für Einzelpersonen / Paare als auch für eine 2er WG geeignet.

Since we sublet the apartment for a longer period of time we need someone reliable who will stay for the entire time. The apartment is furnished but if there is something you dont need or want that isnt a problem. The apartment is suited for singles / couples or as shared flat.
