wir suchen einen Zwischenmieter für unsere Wohnung in Kreuzberg (Görlitzer Bahnhof) von Mitte März (Datum flexibel) bis Ende Mai.
Die Wohnung wird teilmöbliert übergeben mit Schlafmöglichkeit, Schrank/Regal, Sofa, kleinem Tisch mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und einer Küche mit Ceranfeldherd und Kühlschrank. In der Warmmiete enthalten sind außerdem alle anfallenden Kosten für Internet und Strom.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2,5 Zimmer, wovon 2 Zimmer Durchgangszimmer sind. Die Wohnung ist daher ideal geeignet für Paare oder eine kleine Familie, aufgrund der Durchgangszimmer ist die Wohnung aus unserer Sicht eher WG- ungeeignet.

we are renting our apartment in Kreuzberg (Görlitzer Bahnhof) from mid- march to end of may (the date is flexible). The apartment will be partly furnished with matress, sofa, shelve/ cabinet, a little table with chairs and a kitchen with stove& fridge. The cost for internet and electricity are included.
The apartment has 2,5 rooms, 2 of these are walk- through- rooms. Because of that the apartment is suitable for couples or a little family, in our view not suitable for flat share.
