I will not be in Berlin from July 14 to 21 (morning) and looking for one person or a couple who would like to stay in my apartment during this time. It is perfectly located in Graefekiez (Kreuzkölln) close to Hermannplatz and Hasenheide.
The apartment has one bedroom (suitable for a couple), a livingroom, separate kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It is located on the 4th floor of a renovated "Altbau" (facing south). The price for a week including facilities (internet, electricity, etc) is 200 EUR (one person)/220 EUR (two people).
Da ich vom 14.-21.Juli im Urlaub sein werde, ist meine wunderschöne sonnige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, Balkon) frei. Die Wohnung ist in einem renovierten Altbau mit abgezogenen Dielen im 4.Stock gelegen mit tollem Blick über die Hasenheide. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, Bettzeug, Handtücher und Küchenausstattung können genutzt werden. Besonderes Highlight ist der sonnige Balkon, auf dem man schön gemütlich inmitten von Pflanzen sitzen kann.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: Durch die Nähe zum Hermannplatz ist die U8 und U7 in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars sind direkt um die Ecke und natürlich die Hasenheide, wo man joggen gehen und gemütlich spazieren kann.
