Spacious Kreuzberg flat, Nov 28 - Jan 3

The flat has a large bedroom, a living room (that can be used as a second bedroom), hallway, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Total 65 square meters. One could live here comfortably with two people, or less comfortably with four (there's beds and linen for four). There's also a high kids bed in the livingroom, so children welcome. (People who just want to party in the flat, not welcome.)

There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, a home cinema, a fridge that makes ice cubes and a well stocked kitchen. Also there's a huge garden with a bunch of barbecues and fruit trees. Of course there's wifi too. The pics are slightly outdated (the living room walls are white now and the floor is black), but they give an impression of the size etc.

Location is great; Waldemarstrasse, corner Adalbertstrasse, close to Kottbusser Tor. Kottbusser Tor connects to the whole city (U1 and U8). Also, one can walk from the flat to Ostbahnhof in about 20 minutes. Oranienstrasse is a few minutes by foot (it's a street full of bars and restaurants).

It would be ideal if you're in Berlin before I leave to hand over keys and arrange payment etc (I can also leave the keys with the neighbor so you can pick them up there but it's more complicated). Rent is 850 for the whole period.
