wir suchen eine(n) Zwischenmieter ab 01.09 bis 31.10.2018.
Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung in Kreuzberg. Die Wohnung ist komplett moebliert. WLAN ist vorhanden. Kuehlschrank, Waschmaschine uns Spuelmaschine stehen zur Verfuegung. Die Wohnflaesche betraegt ca. 85 qm und ist fuer 2 Personen jedoch fuer Familie mit Kleinkind sehr bequem.
Es gibt ein grosses Wohnzimmer, Arbeitszimmer"/Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne , ein Schalfzimmer und eine vollstaendig eingerichtete Kueche.
Kotti mit Kneipen und Bars ist direkt um die Ecke. Bergmannkietz und Goerlitzer Park befinden sich ebenfalls in der Naehe.
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (wenige Minuten zu Fuss sind die U1-8 erreichbar).
