Wir sind eine junge Familie, die für einen Monat auf Reisen geht. Sehr gerne möchten wir unsere Wohnung für diese Zeit untervermieten.
Unsere Tochter ist 8 Monate alt, so dass unsere Wohnung Baby- und Kleinkind geeignet ist.
Für regnerische und kalte Tage läd unsere große gemütliche Couch ein. Natürlich dürft ihr auch unseren Netflixaccount nutzen.
In unserer geräumigen Küche könnt ihr euch kulinarisch austoben.
Unsere Badewanne läd zu entspannten Schaumbädern ein.
Der dritte Raum verfügt über eine zusätzliche Schlafcouch und kann gern für Schlafgäste genutzt werden.
Auch ein Schreibtisch und ein Drucker sind vorhanden, falls ihr einen Arbeitsplatz benötigt.
Schnelles Internet und W-Lan sind vorhanden.

We are a young family away on a trip for a month. For this time we would like to rent out our apartment.
Our daughter is 8 Months old, so you will have all the baby gear on hand and you can be assured that the flat is baby safe.
On a rainy and cold day you can relax on our cozy couch and tune in on Netflix or you take a hot bubbly bath.
The third room has a folding sofa and can be used for sleep over guests.
A desk and printer is in that room as well, in case you need office space.
Highspeed internet and Wifi is available.
Unsere Wohnung ist super an den Nahverkehr angebunden.
In direkter Nähe fahren verschiedene Buslinien, sowie die U6.
Nicht weit ist es auch zum S-Bahnhof Tempelhof, Yorckstraße oder Südkreuz.
Der wunderschöne Viktoriapark ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Vom Kreuzberg aus habt ihr einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt.
Das beliebte Tempelhofer Feld, der Gleisdreieckspark und die Hasenheide sind nah gelegen.
Nur 15 Minuten, mit dem 104er Bus, findet ihr das Stadtbad Schöneberg, welches ein Solebecken, Whirlpool und eine Rutsche zu bieten hat. Also ein toller kleiner Ausflug im kalten Winter. :)
Die Bergmannstraße läd auch bei kalten Temperaturen zum flanieren ein und es gibt tolle Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte.

The beautiful Viktoriapark is just a few walking minutes away. You can catch a really nice view of the city from up the top of the park, called the Kreuzberg.
The popular Tempelhofer Feld as well as the parks Gleisdreieckspark and Hasenheide are all close by.
Only 15 minutes by bus 104 and you find the public swimming pool Stadtbad Schöneberg, equipped with whirlpool, salt basin and a water slide for a fun activity in cold berlin winter.
You can stroll about crowded Bergmannstraße and you find all from good Restaurants over cafes and bars to boutiques and stores (Don't miss the side streets!)
Sollte es Probleme jeder Art oder Fragen geben, könnt ihr euch gern an Karo wenden. Sie ist für die Zeit unserer Reise die Kontaktperson.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn ihr einmal die Woche unsere Pflanzen gießen würdet. ;)
Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt aber auf dem Balkon dürft ihr gerne rauchen.
Wir möchten, dass keine Partys gefeiert werden.
