Im EG: Großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Piano und Zugang zu privater Terrasse mit kleinem Gärtchen, dahinter öffnet sich ein riesiger Nachbarschaftsgarten
Im 1. Stock: ein Schlafzimmer, ein Gästezimmer mit Schreibtisch & Schlafcouch, Badezimmer mit großer Wanne, separate Toilette
Insgesamt ca. 90 qm, Neubau, Fußbodenheizung, Küche mit allem drum und dran, Wifi, zwei Fahrräder inklusive.
Geeignet für ein Paar, Zweier-WG (heißt: 2 max., nicht 3 oder 4, sorry!) oder kleine Familie (für Kleinkinder ist die Treppe zu gefährlich).
Unsere zwei Katzen Lilu und Tchai sind sehr süß und pflegeleicht.
Futter zahlen wir.
We are looking for superreliable and cat-loving subtenants for our cosy, modern and fully furnished garden-Maisonette in Kreuzberg (Bergmannkiez).
On the groundflor livingroom with super equipped kitchen and piano, opening to a private terrace/garden linked to huge neighborhoodgarden.
On the first floor one bedroom, one guest room with desk and convertible sofa, WC, bathroom with huge tub. Floor-heating, Wifi. In total ca. 90 m2. You can use our two bikes.
Suitable for a couple, two (t-w-o! Sorry no 3 or 4...) friends sharing the flat or small family, not suitable for toddlers because of the stairs
Our two lovely and easygoing cats Lilu and Tchai will be happy to welcome you (we provide food).

Liebevolle Katzenbetreuung ist Voraussetzung, Erfahrung gewünscht, aber nicht Bedingung, die beiden haben euch schnell im Griff :-)
