6 bedroom flat—CheckpointCharlie Kreuzberg/Mitte—WG allowed

The flat was renovated 2 years ago. It's beautiful, large and modern. It's on the 4th floor of a big apartment building with 2 elevators located very centrally on the border between Kreuzberg and Mitte (close to Checkpoint Charlie, to UBahn lines U6, U1, U2, U8).

The apartment is very bright (many large windows that cover the walls side-to-side) and it is made of:
- large living room + kitchen
- 2 large bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with bathtub+shower
- 6 bedrooms, varying in shape and size between 12 and 30 m²
- 2 balconies

We've been living here for the past two years, renting rooms to roommates and sometimes offering them on Airbnb.
We're now about to move away and would like to rent the whole flat, ideally to a WG.

The flat is fully furnished and ready for living from the first day. Cool things the flat has include:
- Ethernet (cabled internet) available to each room, in addition to WiFi routers
- a great projector, with a screen 3m wide
- a large pull down dining table: perfect for dinners with up to 8 people, but doesn't steal space when not in use
- kitchen with huge modern fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave oven etc
- balconies with benches and nice flooring
- an electric door lock, to access the flat using a smartphone or a fob (it can be disabled)
All the bedrooms are furnished with beds, shelves, chairs, desks (and some with drawers, bedside tables, wardrobes, couches etc). The living room has plants, couches, tables and chairs. We also have a laundry machine.
We are open to discuss about what you're willing to take as part of the furnished flat, what you prefer to buy, and what you prefer us to remove.

We're open to rent out bedrooms individually for on average of 600€/month each (something less for the smaller ones, something more for the larger ones) as we did in the past. But since we're permanently leaving the flat, we'd prefer to rent it as a whole. We'd be happy to let a group of people run a WG in here, giving them permission to sublet rooms or change the tenants.
