Kotti Frauen WG 1 Room ✨

Hello beautiful people,

This room at Kotti is available mid September! Our lovely current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend, and so this room will be free soon! It is a 3 month contract that would turn into an long-term/unbefristet contract!
We are Annika (24) and Katie (25). Annika is finishing her masters in humanitarian law and Katie is working full-time at a start-up! We're both pretty busy and definitely have our own stuff going on, but we like to hang out in the kitchen and cook together, chat shit, drink wine, etc..

The room:
-26meters unfurnished
-Anmeldung possible
-surprisingly quiet
-altbau with light wood floorboards and big windows
-back house, overlooking the courtyard
-french balcony
-beautiful light in morning and afternoon

The flat:
-big furnished kitchen with dishwasher & sexy couch
-big bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
-right by Kotti, but more chill than you’d think!

5 minute walk to Landwehrkanal

5 minute walk from supermarkets, everything you could ever need is definitely nearby

Dieses sonniges großes Zimmer wird September 15 frei! Wir sind Annika (24) und Katie (25). Annika macht ihre Masters in jura und Katie arbeitet bei einer Start-up. Wir sind beschäftigt, aber wir trinken gern zusammen, kochen, chillen,
Klatsch..und so weiter... :)

Hier als das worauf ihr alle gewartet habt ... Eckdaten:
- 26 Quadratmeter Zimmer (unmöbliert)
- Anmeldung möglich
- überraschend ruhig (für die Ecke)
- Altbau-Charm mit hellem Dielenboden und riesen Fenstern, welche zum Innenhof-Garten ausgerichtet sind
- Hinterhaus
- französischer Balkon!
- wunderschönes Licht am Morgen und Nachmittag

Die Wohnung:
- Große möblierte, ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler & sexy Couch
- Großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine (neu, energieeffizient und so)
- im Kotti-Kiez, aber gechillter als du jetzt denkst

Die Gegend:
- 5 min entfernt vom Landwehrkanal!
- Supermärkt in 5 min Fußweg entfernt (alles was ihr nur braucht ist definitiv in der Nähe)
