Alle typischen Bars, Restaurants, Bäckereien und Cafés sind in der Nähe. Ein richtiges Kiezleben!
Der Görlitzer Park befindet sich am Ende der Straße - ideal zum Laufen - und die East Side Gallery ist gleich um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Sofa, ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Schlafzimmer, eine schöne sonnige Küche und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Alle Räume sind komplett ausgestattet (Bett, Sofa, Tische, Küchenmöbel, Handtücher, Waschmaschine, WLAN).
Die Wohnung ist vom 1. Dezember bis zum 1. Dezember 2021 verfügbar.
Der Preis beinhaltet alles: Internet, Strom und Heizung (für eine Person).

I am going to work abroad so I am subletting my charming & spacious flat (70sq), located in one of the most beautiful areas of Berlin: Schlesisches Tor in lovely Kreuzberg.
All typical bakeries & cafés are nearby.
The Görlitzer Park is located at the end of the street - perfect for enjoying a run - and the East Side Gallery is around the corner.
The flat is cosy and fully furnished and has everything you need: a large living-room with a very comfortable sofa, a cosy furnished bedroom, a nice and sunny kitchen and a big bathroom with bathtub.
It is fully-equipped (tables, kitchen furniture, towels, washing-machine, WIFI).
The apartment is available from 1st of December 2020 until 1st of December 2021.
The price includes everything: internet, electricity and heating (for one person).
Deposit 350€
Subway: Schlesisches Tor (U1 and U3) only 3 minutes away!
