Die Wohnung besteht aus drei ähnlich großem komplett möblierten Zimmern - Einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (und Babybeistellbett), einem Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und einem Gästezimmer mit weiter Schlafmöglichkeit, Kinderbett, Leseecke und Klavier.

Daneben gibt es noch eine gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Homeoffice ist über die gute Internetanbindung problemlos möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Kreuzberg in der Urbanstraße 170. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich die bekannte Bergmannstraße mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Kiezläden und der schöne Landwehrkanal.
U-Bahn und Bus sind auch schnell zu erreichen.

Nutzbar sind W-Lan, Beamer+Netflix, Stereoanlage, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Die Baby Utensilien (Betten und Wickelkommode) können gerne genutzt, auf Wunsch auch abgebaut werden.

We would like to rent out our apartment for 7 weeks from 18th of June 2023 until 08th of August 2023.
The apartment is 92m² big and has three rooms, completely furnished. The sleeping room has a large double bed (and a baby bed). There is another room with a couch/bed, a child bed, a piano and a cozy reading corner. The living room has a balkony with a great view over the city. The kitchen is well-equiped and the bathroom has a shower, as well as a bathtub. Home office is easily possible thanks to the good internet connection.

If you wish, the children´s bed and the changing table can be dismantled.

The apartment is located in the heart of Kreuzberg in the Urbanstraße 170. It is close to the well-known Bergmann street with many restaurants, bars and neighborhood stores, as well as to the canal (Landwehrkanal).
Metro and bus can also be reached quickly.

You can use WIFI, Beamer+Netflix, hifi system, washing machine and dishwasher.

Total cost: 3400 €
Deposit: 600 €
