Ich suche eine Person zur Untermiete für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung im Bergmannkiez, Kreuzberg.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, vollständig ausgestattet (Waschmaschine etc.), verfügt über einen Keller sowie eine Terrasse. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet, es ist eine Nichtraucher Wohnung und die Wohnung ist nicht Wg tauglich. Die Wohnung liegt in der 5. Etage und verfügt nicht über einen Fahrstuhl.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Parallelstraße zur Bergmannstraße mit 5 Minuten Fußweg zu vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, dm etc.) und der U Bahn (Gneisenaustraße U6, Mehringdamm U6,7). Der Kiez ist super lebendig: Cafés, Bars, kleine
Shops und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Grünanlagen (Tempelhoferfeld, Viktoriapark) und der Landwehrkanal sind ebenfalls zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

I am looking for a subtenant for my apartment in Bergmannkiez, Kreuzberg. The flat is fully furnished, equipped (washing machine etc.), has a basement for private use and a roof terrace. Pets are not allowed, the flat is strictly non smoking and can not be shared among multiple households. The flat is on the 5th floor and does not have an elevator.

The flat is located in a street parallel to Bergmannstraße, with all necessary shops (Edeka, Dm) and the Subway (Gneisenaustraße U7, Mehringdamm U6,7) in 5 minute walking distance. The area is very lively with bars, restaurants and stores just around the corner. Parks and the Landwehrkanal are in walking distance as well (Tempelhoferfeld, Viktoriapark).
