Spacious and modern loft in the nicest part of Berlin Kreuzberg. The apartment measures 100 square meters and contains a huge living room (60sqm) with a vast open kitchen area, large bedroom and a modern bathroom. The third room is our private storage, but it also the smallest. Because the loft is on the 5th floor - above all other buildings - the apartment is sun-flooded all throughout the day and you can see the clouds when looking out the windows. It is also the only flat in the building that has a balcony, where you have access to a modern BBQ and our cosy garden hut. Take a blanket, grab a bottle of wine and watch the stars above the Berlin skyline.
Restaurants, Parks and Bars are just a stone's throw away (there is actually a super cool bar inside of the building, just downstairs). You are situated in the Viktoria-Quartier, home of the famous Viktoriapark, the only park in Berlin with a waterfall and stunning panoramic view from the hilltop! Another local highlight is the Bergmann-Kiez. A popular district buzzing with street life, restaurants, bars and boutiques. Just around the corner from our place (70m) you have access to Gleisdreieck-Park, one of Berlin's coolest outdoor recreation areas containing a museum, running tracks, multiple beer gardens, restaurants and lawns to hang out.
The floor is freshly renovated wooden parquet. Please handle it with love and care, especially when cooking.
