Geignet am besten für eine Familie oder ein Paar. Ansonsten sind alle Kosten inklusive. Bitte keine Anfragen von Personen dir zum Partymachen nach Berlin kommen.

I am renting out my beautiful 3-room apartment, which also has a dine-in kitchen, during the Christmas period. Perfect for individuals, a couple, or even a small family, who are looking for a quiet cozy apartment during the holidays.
The apartment is in a prime location - The U1 Schlesisches Tor is 3 minutes away, the popular Warschauer Str S-Bahn, Tram & U-Bahn are also in walking distance. The neighborhood is the very popular Wrangel Kiez, which has a huge selection of restaurants and bars, all within a few steps.
Even while being in the middle of a famous neighborhood, the apartment is very quiet. I have lived here for nearly 10 years, and we are friendly and respectful with the tenants our building. To this end, please note that this apartment is not suited for party people & no smoking.
The apartment is located in the back courtyard, on the 2nd floor, please note it is a walk-up. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a projector in the living room.
Best suited for a family or a couple.
