I’ll be going back home for some months and due to this reason I'm renting my flat (not possible to register though).

Flat:
The flat is located in the Heimstraße, in the Bergmannkiez neighbourhood.
The flat is on the first floor and it is 43 m².
I'm the only one that has been living here after the renovation, so I can assure you that the flat is really clean and organised.
You can find 3 different supermarkets in less than 10 mins walking.
U7 and U6 and different bus stops in less than 10 mins walking.
The flat is located next to Tempelhof and Hasenheide in case you want to go for a walk or to do some sport.
Neighbours are really quiet and nice.
This is not a party flat.
The flat is fully equipped and you can use everything in it.
IMPORTANT!
The dog in the pictures will NOT be at home.
The crate you see in the picture will not be there during the time of your stay here.

About The Rent:
Preferably the flat will be rented to single persons (In case of couples, the rent will be higher).
