2-Zimmer Wohnung in der Nähe von Kottbusser Tor

Hi, I am subletting my apartment for a limited time (now until the end of March 2022).
The apartment is just off Kottbusser Tor and the Ubahn (U8) and buses are less than a 1 minute walk away.
Even though the apartment is at Kotti, it is still relatively quiet, as the two main rooms face a wide and open park.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bath and washing machine. A large couch and bed are also there to use and there is also a balcony. The rent amounts to 700EUR + an additional cost of 102EUR for Rundfunk, electricity and Internet. I would also ask for a deposit of €300.

As I would like to rent the apartment as soon as possible, it would be great if we could arrange a meeting for this weekend or Monday at the latest. The landlord needs a copy of your ID and proof of income (3 months) in order to confirm the sublet.

Ich miete meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon für eine befristete Zeit (ab sofort bis ende März 2022).
Die Wohnung befindet sich eine Minute von der U8 und mehrer Bushaltestelle entfernt. Obwohl die Wohnung neben Kotti liegt, ist es trotzdem ruhig, weil die Schlaf- und Wohnzimmern auf der Seite eines großen offenen Platzs legen.

Die Wohnung ist mit einer Küche erstattet, so wie Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Ein Bett und eine große Couch sind auch da.

Die Kaltmiete ist 700EUR und Nebenkosten (Rundfunk, Internet und Strom) sind 102EUR dazu. Ich würde auch nach einer Kaution von 300EUR fragen.

Weil ich die Wohnung sobald wie möglich mieten möchte, werde ich mich über einen Meeting am Wochenende (11/12.12), spätestens Montag freuen, wenn möglich.

Der Vermieter braucht eine Kopie deines Ausweis und ein Gehaltsnachweis.
