From December 11th ´22 untill 14 of January ´23 we are on vacation and looking for a subtenant. One of the rooms of the appartement we are already subleting.
For sublease are two adjoining rooms (private bedroom and private living room) in a large and typical Berlin Altbau apartment.
There is a very large kitchen a pantry and a hallway between our (your) rooms and our subtennants (a very friendly 25-year-old chef de patisserie from Paris who works in Berlin in a michelin star restaurant) room.
It´s a 110 sqm Altbau apartment with high ceilings, brightly painted wooden floorboards and casement windows.
the spacious Bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher, as well as everything else you need (dishes, pots, etc).

Location:
The apartment is located in Mariannenstraße in Kreuzberg, between Mariannenplatz and Kottbusser Tor.
You can walk to Paul-Linke-Ufer and East-Side-Gallerie in a few minutes, as well as to Görlitzer Park and Schlesisches Tor.

Gastro:
At the Kottbusser Tor and Heinrichsplatz there are countless cafes, bars, restaurants and snack bars.
For example, French food at "Chez Michel", Turkish at "Hasir", oriental at "maroush", Asian ramen at "morimori", great coffee at "Bateau Ivre", craft beer at the "Biererei", cheap drinks at the typical Berlin corner pub "Zum Elefanten" and burgers at "Burgermeister" or "Kreuzburger".
Also around the corner: flower store, pharmacy, stationery, various small clothes stores, Turkish butcher, bookstore, antiquarian bookstore, SO 36, Corona-test-center.

Shopping:
Rewe, Biocompany and Lidl, two Turkish supermarkets and "Kraut und Rüben" (organic food store) within five minutes walking distance. Italian delicatessen: "Olmo", German delicatessen "Hillmanns". In addition, the "Markthalle 9", where you can not only shop but also eat, drink coffee and wine.

Zur Untermiete stehen zwei aneinanderhängende Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer) in einer großen und typischen Berliner Altbauwohnung.
Eine große Küche, Abstellkammer und ein Flur liegen zwischen den beiden Zimmern und dem Zimmer unseres Mitbewohners (ein sehr freundlicher 25jähriger chef de patisserie aus Paris der in Berlin in einem Sternerestaurant arbeitet)

Die gut 100 m2 große Altbauwohnung verfügt über hohe Decken, hell gestrichene Dielen und Flügelfenster.
Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Die Küche ist mit Gasherd und Spühlmaschine ausgestattet, außerdem alles was man sonst so braucht (Geschirr, Töpfe usw)
