Ich vermiete zum 1. Juli meine Wohnung in Kreuzberg. Die Wohnung liegt im Gräfekiez in umittelbarer Nähe zur Admiralsbrücke. Zur U-Bahn Station Schönleinstraße sind es nur wenige Minuten. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Hinterhaus und ist somit sehr ruhig. Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit Fenstern zu beiden Seiten. Die Wohnung ist selbst im Winter sehr hell. Die Hausverwaltung hat die Wohnung vor einiger Zeit teilweise saniert, im Wohnzimmer liegen neue Dielen.
Wichtig: Da ich die Wohnung zum 1.9.2022 verlassen werde vermiete ich die Wohnung nur teilmöbiliert. In der Küche wird alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden sein, genauso im Bad. Das Schlafzimmer wird mit Bett, Spiegel und Kommode vermietet, das Wohnzimmer aller Voraussicht nach ohne Couch und Regal. Es besteht die Möglichkeit nach der Untermiete den Vertrag von der Hausverwaltung zu übernehmen. Das müsste nach dem Ende der Untermiete mit der Hausverwaltung persönlich geklärt werden. Besichtigungen können an diesem Wochenende oder in der kommenden Woche stattfinden.

Hello together!
I’m renting out my spacious flat at Planufer in Kreuzberg until the end of September. It is located in the heart of the beautiful Gräfekiez. To U-Bahn Schönleinstraße it is a 5 mins walk, to Kottbusser Tor only 10 mins. The flat is in the fourth floor in the Garden building. Even in winter it is super sunny and very quiet!
Important Notice: Since I will terminate my contract in September I will rent out the flat as partly furnished. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom will come fully equipped. The living room will come without the bookshelf and the couch. A table to work will be provided. Since I´m terminating my contract there is the option to take over the contract for the flat. This needs to be checked in September with the Hausverwaltung.
