Bright Apartment by Görlitzer Park

Hi! My Berlin home is available from Oct 1st for a month. Also for a longer term but at a different cost during the winter months.

Bright, cozy apartment by Görlitzer Park entrance. Wooden floors, big windows and high ceilings. 80 sqm. The area is quiet yet very alive.

Accommodates 2 - 3 guests. Ideal for a couple or a couple with a kid, as its in a quiet family building. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each.

Spacious living-room, the kitchen is small but perfectly functional and has a great vibe, window facing the backyard. The apartment receives light all day long, and its surrounded by trees which is quite nice for a city space.

The neighbours are lovely and some have kids, so parties / loud music are not welcome. I prefer calm folk to inhabit it.

Many plants will cohabitate with you and it would be great if you can care for them during your stay. They are easy to keep alive. ; )

Very vibrant neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants and cafés around. Ideal for young families, international community and artists.

The deposit is required to make sure you will care for the property and belongings. The apartment is furnished but it has no closet - pls have in mind!. I use open clothing storage with a hanger system.

Very near the river Spree and Landwehrkanal - I recommend the markets for food and artisan or second hand treasures.
If you´re a nature lover, this area is great when you want to forget you are in the city.
