Hallo,

planst du schon deine nächste Reise nach Berlin und suchst nach einer schönen Bleibe? Dann wäre meine Wohnung vielleicht etwas für dich! Da ich verreise würde ich meine schöne Wohnung gerne in der Zeit an liebevolle Menschen vermieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und die Fenster sehen in den Innenhof. Das kleine Bad hat neben einer Dusche und Föhn auch eine Waschmaschine. In der Küche gibt es einen Herd, Ofen und alle Utensilien die fürs Kochen benötigt werden.
Im Wohnzimmer kannst Du an einem der beiden Schreibtisch home office machen.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und abdunkelnde Vorhänge
Die Nachbarn sind nett, bitte denke aber daran unter der Woche und auch am Wochenende nach 22 Uhr keine laute Musik anzumachen.
15 € sind einmalig eine Reinigungsgebühr, da die Wohnung vor und nach dem Besuch komplett desinfiziert wird.

are you already planning your next trip to Berlin and looking for a nice place to stay? Then my apartment might be something for you! Since I'm traveling I would like to rent my beautiful apartment to caring people during that time.
The apartment is on the first floor and the windows look into the courtyard. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and a washing machine. In the kitchen there is a stove and all the utensils needed for cooking.
In the living room you can do home office at one of the two desks.
The bedroom has a double bed and darkening curtains.
The neighbors are nice, but please remember not to turn on loud music during the week and also on weekends after 10pm.
The 15 € is a cleaning fee, as the apartment will be completely disinfected before and after the visit.
