Eine schöne helle Dachgeschosswohnung am Rande des lebendigen Gräfikiezes wartet auf Bewohner*innen zur Zwischenmiete für Februar 2024! Wenn dir/ euch die Wohnung zusagt, können wir gern über den genauen Zeitraum ins Gespräch kommen.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 5. OG ohne Fahrstuhl. Auf Grund des Schnittes (1 Schlafzimmer + eine großzügige Wohnküche) eignet sie sich besonders für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und lädt vor allem im gemeinsamen Wohn- / Koch- / Essbereich zum verweilen, Kochen, Filmeschauen ein. Praktisch ist auch das seperate WC vom Bad. Des Weiteren gibt es eine Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung ist ganz frisch saniert worden - dabei haben wurden möglichst ökologischen Materialien (Lehmputz, -farben, Echtholzboden, ...) genutzt.
Wir hoffen, dass sie dir/ euch ein gemütliches Zuhause auf Zeit sein kann - sei es, weil du gerade in Berlin ankommst oder nur auf der Durchreise bist.

A beautiful, bright top-floor apartment on the edge of the lively Gräfikiez is waiting for residents to rent temporarily for February 2024! If you like the apartment, we can talk about the exact period.
Our apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. Due to the layout (1 bedroom + a spacious eat-in kitchen), it is particularly suitable for a single person or a couple. The apartment is very bright and invites you to linger, cook, and watch movies, especially in the common living/cooking/dining area. The separate WC from the bathroom is also practical. There is also a roof terrace. The apartment has been recently renovated - using ecological materials (clay plaster, clay paint, real wood flooring, ...) wherever possible.
We hope that it can be a cozy temporary home for you - whether you are just arriving or just passing through.
Der Gräfekiez ist im Herzen Kreuzbergs eine sehr belebte Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Zum Erholen ist der Landwehrkanal, der Volkspark Hasenheide und das Tempelhofer Feld nicht weit. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es einige Supermärkte und mindestens zwei leckere Bäcker.
In ca. 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Ubahnhof Schönleinstr (u8) und am Ubahnhof Südstern (U7). Obwohl das Haus direkt an einer Hauptstr. liegt, hört man den Straßenlärm im Schlaf- und Wohnbereich nicht, da die Zimmer zum Hinterhof rausgehen.

The Gräfekiez district in the heart of Kreuzberg is a very lively area with many restaurants, cafés, and bars. The Landwehrkanal, Volkspark Hasenheide, and Tempelhofer Feld are not far away to relax. There are several supermarkets and at least two delicious bakeries in the immediate vicinity.
The Schönleinstr underground station (U8) and Südstern underground station (U7) are about a 10-minute walk away. Although the house is located directly on a mainroad, you do not hear the street noise in the sleeping and living area, as the rooms face the backyard.
Eines der vorderen Zimmer der Wohnung (nicht mitvermietet) nutzen wir gemeinsam mit einem guten Freund als Büro. Von Zeit zu Zeit wird er also vorbeikommen und das Büro nutzen. Aber keine Sorge, der Wohn-/ Schlafbereich der Wohnung ist durch eine Tür abgetrennt, sodass deine/eure Privatsphäre nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
Wenn ihr euch angesprochen fühlt, schreibt gerne eine kurze Nachricht mit ein paar persönlichen Zeilen für den ersten Eindruck :)

We use one of the front rooms of the apartment (not co-let) as an office together with a good friend. So from time to time he will come over and use the office. But don't worry, the living/sleeping area of the apartment is separated by a door so that your privacy is not compromised.
