It is a wonderful flat situated in the very best part of the city, next to the canal in Kreuzberg!
Surrounded my shops, restaurants and bars, you will find everything you need just around the corner. U-bahn (U8 Schönleinstrasse) it's less than 1 minute walk from the flat, and it connects you very easily with the rest of the city.
The flat has been fully renovated, equipped with a new bathroom and kitchen, and a beautiful balcony! In the hinterhof there is a small garden you can make use of, too.
The apartment fully furnished and some of my belongings in the flat. I am therefore looking for a responsible tenant/a couple which can also be caring with my beautiful plants :)
Initial plan is to rent the flat until February, but dates are flexible and period could be extended. Ideally, I would like to find a person that is ready to take over the contract in February (I would recommend to owner) and willing to take over the kitchen and some heavy furniture (I.e. cabinets).
Anmeldung is not possible until February due to my current contract.
