Zwischenmiete (21.03.24 - 10.04.24) in Kreuzberg

Liebes Berlin,

ich möchte meine schöne Altbauwohnung vom 21.03.24 bis 10.04.24 an eine ruhige Person zwischenvermieten. Die Person sollte sorgsam mit den Gegenständen anderer umgehen und meine netten Nachbarn nicht ärgert:). Der Mietpreis gilt für den gesamten Zeitraum und umfasst alle anfallenden Nebenkosten.

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist ein typischer Berliner Altbau. Neben einem sehr großen Wohnzimmer, welches durch eine Flügeltür mit dem Schlafzimmer verbunden ist, verfügt sie über eine gemütliche Wohnküche, einen kleinen Flur und ein Badezimmer.

Die Wohnung ist ein Wohlfühlort, den ich mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet habe. Sie ist hell und luftig (durch die sehr hohen Decken), gleichzeitig gemütlich, mit knarzenden Dielen und der perfekte Ort zum Ankommen, Erholen, Seele baumeln lassen. Außerdem ist sie mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht: Waschmaschine, bequemes Bett, eine mit allem ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Mikrowelle und Vitamix) und natürlich einer Arbeitsecke mit komfortablem Arbeitssessel sowie Monitor für die Arbeit im home-office. WiFi ist 50 Mbit und reicht erfahrungsgemäß fürs mobile Arbeiten. Zur Unterhaltung gibts Sonos Boxen :) Du kannst alles benutzen und dich wie zu Hause fühlen.

I would like to offer my beautiful old apartment for sublet from March 21, 2024, to April 10, 2024, to a quiet person. The person should handle others belongings carefully and not bother my nice neighbors :). The rent is for the entire period and includes all applicable utilities.

About the apartment:
The apartment is a typical Berlin old building. In addition to a very large living room, wich is connected to the bedroom by a wing door, it features a cozy kitchen, a small hallway, and a bathroom.

The apartment is a comfortable place that I have furnished with a lot of love. It is bright and airy (thanks to the very high ceilings), simultaneously cozy, with creaking floorboards, and the perfect place to arrive, relax, and unwind. It is equipped with everything you need for life: washing machine, comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave and Vitamix), and, of course, a work area with a comfortable work chair and a monitor for home office work. WiFi is 50 Mbps and is usually sufficient for mobile work. For entertainment, there are Sonos speakers :) You can use everything and make yourself at home.
