ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung nähe Tempelhofer Feld für mehr als 6 Wochen mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung. Da es noch ein weiteres Zimmer gibt kann auch gerne für dann die Hälfte des Geldes nach meiner Rückkehr das Zimmer gemietet werden
Die Wohnung liegt im Innenhof und ist somit ein ruhiger Rückzugsort. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein großes Hochbett mit Ess- und Arbeitszimmer.
Ich wäre dir/euch sehr dankbar, wenn du/ihr auf meine Pflanzen aufpassen könntet. Die brauchen nicht viel, nur Licht und einmal die Woche Wasser. ;)

Hi everyone,
I am renting out my nice, quiet flat with a cozy kitchen and bathroom. A fully furnished room is waiting for you with a loft bed and a dining area. In total 2 people can sleep here.
The flat is in the inner yard which makes it super calm and quiet.
It would be amazing if you could take care of my plants. They only need light and once a week some water. :)
Die Wohnung ist nur 2 Stationen vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Die U6 ist 5 Gehminuten ums Eck.
Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Lidl, Asian Supermarkt bis Feinkostläden und Wochenmärkte.

Close to Tempelhofer Feld and Tempelhofer harbour. Just 5 minutes walking distance to the U6 station.
Tons of supermarkets and shopping options, especially the farmers market is nice to get fresh vegetables and fruits from.
Gerne kann die Wohnung vorher besichtigt werden. Bitte meldet euch telefonisch bei mir.
Für mehr als 1 Person würde ich 50€ mehr nehmen, wegen Energiekosten.
