Die Wohnung wurde erst 2017 gebaut, hat aber durch die fast 4 Meter hohen Decken einen schönen Altbauflair. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof und ist entsprechend ruhig. Neben einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank, Fußbodenheizung, einer modernen offenen Küche, einem Wannen- & Duschbad ist natürlich der knapp 70qm große eigene Garten das absolute Highlight.

I will be not at home for a while and therefore rent out my beautiful loft in the middle of Kreuzberg. The flat was just built in 2017, but has a wonderful altbau-flair due to the almost 4-meter-high ceilings. The flat is located in the rear building and is accordingly quiet. In addition to a walk-in wardrobe, underfloor heating, a modern open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower, the absolute highlight is of course the almost 70 sqm private garden.

Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen dem wunderschönen Bergmannkiez, dem Landwehrkanal und der Hasenheide und bietet somit zahlreiche Optionen zum Erkunden von Kreuzberg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants sowie auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind alle fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.

The flat is located right between the beautiful Bergmannkiez, the Landwehrkanal and the Hasenheide and therefore offers numerous options for exploring Kreuzberg. Shopping facilities, bars and restaurants as well as public transport can all be reached on foot within a few minutes.
