Expressive Einrichtung: blaue Fliesen, Badarmaturen mit vergoldetem Rand, raffinierte Deckenbeleuchtung. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich eine Warmwasserdusche (!). Die Wohnung ist auch im Winter sehr lichtdurchflutet. Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, incl. Waschmaschine. Heizung und Warmwasser über Gas, daher auch die horenden Nebenkosten. Die Einrichtung ist partiell: Kleiderschrank, Sideboard, Matratze auf Anfrage.
The flat is a studio (1 big room > 50 square meters) with a huge roof terrace towards the south. It has an expressive interior: blue tiles, bathroom armatures with golden edge, sophisticated ceiling lights. On the roof terrace is a shower with warm water. The flat is flooded with light even during winter. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine. Warm water and heating is supplied by gas, which unfortunately causes high ancillary costs. The furniture is partially: wardrobe, sideboard, and mattress on demand
Die Wohnung befindet sich im SO36. Nähe zum Schlesischen Tor (U1,U3): ca. 2 Gehminuten. Nächste S-Bahn: Warschauer Str., ca 10 Gehminuten. Vom Schlesischen Tor aus gehen zudem weitere Buslinien ab. Der Görlitzer Park ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Landwehrkanal und Treptower Park sind ebenfalls zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wrangelkiez zeichnet sich durch seine internationale, touristische Atmosphäre aus: Es gibt kulinarische Spzialitäten aus mindestens 10 Nationen zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Obwohl im Wrangelkiez auch gefeiert wird, ist es in der Wohnung im 5. Stock angenehm ruhig.
The flat is located at SO36. Distance to subway: U1/U3 Schlesisches Tor 2 minutes walk. Distance to train station: Warschauer Straße 10 minutes walk. There are further bus stops at the Schlesisches Tor subway station. The Görlitzer Park is nearby, Landwehrkanal as well as Treptower Park are in walking distance. The Wrangelkiez can be characterized by its international, touristic atmosphere. Bars and Restaurants of at least 10 nations are nearby and affordable. Even though the Wrangelkiez is known for its nightlife, its stays calm at the flat which is located at fifth floor.
Ich habe selbst lange und glücklich in der Wohnung gewohnt, da sie besonders und luxuriös ist. Da die Nebenkosten in 2023 jedoch enorm gestiegen sind, habe ich mich schweren Herzens dazu entschlossen, zu kündigen. Ich biete also an, die Wohnung in den letzten 2 Mietmonaten zu bewohnen. Die Wohnung ist räumig und daher auch für Paare kurzfristig geeignet. Oder für Neuankömmlinge in Berlin, die nach weiteren Wohnungsmöglichkeiten suchen.
I lived in that flat happily for a while, as it is special and has luxurious details. However, ancillary costs have risen in 2023 to an inadequate amount, there fore I decided to cancel the contract. Therefore, the flat can be rented in the last two month of the contract. The flat, although it has only one room, is huge and therefore suited for couples for a while. As well as for newcomers to Berlin that want to search further for a flat.
