Die Wohnung ist ruhig und zentral in Kreuzberg 36 gelegen. Es gibt 2 schöne Zimmer, eines nach hinten raus (ca. 16 qm) in den grünen Hinterhof, den tagsüber eine Kita nutzt. Das andere Zimmer (Wohnzimmer mit Hochebene und Gästesofa) ca, 22 qm, sowie auch die gemütliche Wohnküche sind zur Vorderseite raus. Die Wohnküche ist geräumig mit genug Platz um zu mehreren am Tisch zu sitzen und gemeinsam zu kochen. Alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden, inklusive Wasserfilter! Die Zimmer vorne raus sind sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet, wenn die Sonne scheint. Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. sind vorhanden und ich bereite gerne alles für die Zwischenmieter vor. Die Nachbarn sind auch alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Ein Untermietvertrag wird nach Besichtigung der Wohnung von beiden Parteien im Einverständnis geschlossen und die Miete im voraus bezahlt (spätestens zur Schlüsselübergabe)
I'm renting out a beautiful and sunny 65 sq flat. The rent is 1250 Euro, incl. Wifi, electricity etc. per month.
my place is easily accessible by Bus (M 29 every 5 to 10 minutes) and it is next to Landwehrkanal (very nice Canal to sit by the waterside)...
if you have any questions, write me. and I would like to read some lines from you.. The dates of moving in are a little flexible...
Super lage, direkt am kanal im bunten und sehr beliebten kreuzberg!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke, mit dem allerbesten Kaffee und Kuchen der Stadt 3 Häuser weiter! (Cafe 5 Elephants) Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und man hat alles in der Nähe, was man braucht. Der Bus M29 fährt an der nächsten Ecke ( 1 Minute zu Fuß) und einen kleinen Minispar gibt es da auch. Diverse Supermärkte (Edeka, Lidl und Aldi) sind in ein paar Fußminuten zu erreichen, sowie die Apotheke eine Strasse weiter. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafes in der Nähe, und überhaupt alles, was man braucht... Mit dem Bus kommt man schnell zur Hermannstr, wo es Anschluss an verschiedene U-Bahnen, Busse und auch ab Hermannstr. an die Ringbahn gibt.
great place, there is a bus stop 1 minute away. The bus (M 29) runs every 5 minutes during daytime (every 10 min at night). there is a little supermarket around the corner and the best coffee shop with the most delicious cake ever!!!! three houses away (5 elephants).
