I am subletting my furnished apartment 80m² for 4 ½ months. (15.02.2023 – 30.06.2023)
It is a sunny place, warm and with many plants. Also, with a big balcony facing to the river with a beautiful view. The kitchen includes many facilities (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, gas oven and dishes) and a big table invites six persons to take place.
The living room has a big couch and the TV includes Netflix. You can use the Wifi (50Mbit).
The sleeping room has a big bed for 2 persons (1,4m x 2,0m). Sheets and bedclothes included. Two wardrobes are free to use.
And the bath contains a washing machine, dryer and towels.

The apartment is located in a quiet street, between subway stations Prinzenstr. (U1, U3) and Kottbusser Tor (U8). 4th floor with elevator.
Rewe, Netto, Rossmann and many Restaurants are very close.
The neighbours are very respectful and nice.
Beautiful view on the river Landwehr Kanal am Urbanhafen. Next to Admiral Brücke.
You can store your bike in locked room in the basement. Smoking allowed on the balcony.
All costs are included. 1400€ per month. 1000€ as security guarantee. Registration possible.
