Es ist der perfekte Ort, um sich morgens bei einem Kaffee zu entspannen oder abends ein Buch zu lesen. Wenn Sie von zu Hause aus arbeiten, können Sie den Esstisch auch als Schreibtisch nutzen.

Die Küche wurde modernisiert und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Tisch, an dem Sie gemeinsam frühstücken oder brunchen können. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine Badewanne und ist ein weiterer guter Zimmer, um sich zu entspannen. Wenn Sie mit dem Fahrrad fahren, haben Sie Zugang zu einem separaten Raum im Erdgeschoss, wo Sie Ihr Fahrrad abstellen können.

In der nahe gelegenen Bergmanstraße gibt es viele Geschäfte. Drei Supermärkte sind in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, darunter eine beliebte Markthalle. Samstags findet auf dem Platz gegenüber der Wohnung ein Markt statt, auf dem man etwas Leckeres finden kann.

Beautifully renovated apartment in a listed building in the heart of Bergmannkiez. The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple.

The bedroom is quiet and has a large, comfortable queensize bed. The living room is bright and overlooks a cobblestone street below. It is the perfect place to relax with a coffee in the morning or read a book in the evening. If you work from home, you can also use the dining table as a desk.

The kitchen has been modernised and is equipped with everything you need to cook. There's also a small table where you can have breakfast or brunch together. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, it's another good spot to chill out. If you cycle, you'll also have access to a separate room on the ground floor where you can store your bike.

There are many stores in nearby Bergmanstraße. Three supermarkets are within a five-minute walk, including a popular indoor market. On Saturdays, there's a market in the square across from the apartment where you can always find something delicious.

If you want to spend a few weeks in one of the best areas of Berlin, this apartment is perfect.
