Hi, wir vermieten unsere voll möblierte Wohnung in Kreuzberg Nähe Bergmannkiez unter. Da wir in dem Zeitraum selbst nicht in Berlin sind, suchen wir Menschen, die Lust haben, vorübergehend in die Wohnung einzuziehen.
Es handelt sich um eine schönen Altbauwohnung im 3. OG, 85 qm groß, 2 Zimmer und mit vielen schönen Details, Holzdielen und Holzfenstern. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit vielen Mid-Century Möbeln, einem Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und riesigem gemütlichen Bett sowie einer großen Wohnküche. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es zudem noch ein Hochbett auf dem man zusätzlich auch schlafen kann. In der Küche gibt es einen großen schönen Mid-Century Tisch und einer Eckbank, die sich bestens für schöne Abende mit Freund:innen eignet.
Die Küche ist zudem mit allem ausgestattet was Koch-Liebhaber:innen sich wünschen könnten. sowie Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Im Badezimmer steht euch eine Dusche zur Verfügung.
Gerne könnt ihr euch die Wohnung vorher anschauen! Es gibt auch eine gewissen Flexibilität mit den Daten, sprecht uns gern dazu an.

Hi, we sublet our fully furnished apartment in Kreuzberg near Bergmannkiez. Since we will not be in Berlin during the period, we are looking for people who want to move in temporarily.
It is a beautiful old building apartment on the 3rd floor, 85 sqm large, 2 rooms and with many beautiful details, wooden floors and wooden windows.
The apartment has a cozy living room with lots of Mid-Century furniture, a bedroom with a balcony and a huge cozy bed and a large eat-in kitchen. In the living room there is also an additional loft bed where you can sleep too. In the kitchen there is a large beautiful Mid-Century table and a corner bench, which is perfect for nice evenings with friends. The kitchen is also equipped with everything a cooking lover could wish for, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. In the bathroom you will find a shower.
You are very welcome to spend us a visit and have a look at the apartment! There is also some flexibility about the dates. Feel free to ask us.
Das Haus wurde um 1900 gebaut und hat einen schönen Innenhof mit einer großen Platane und liegt direkt am Landwehrkanal. In deinem direkten Umfeld befindet sich der Bergmannkiez (rund um die Bergmannstraße) mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Bars, sowie wenn du den Kanal in entlang spazierst, auch der Graefekiez, einer meiner Favoriten - mit der schönen Admiralsbrücke und weiteren tollen Bars und Cafés.
Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Die nächstgelegenen U-Bahn-Stationen sind U Mehringdamm (U6, U7), Hallesches Tor (U1, U6) und Möckernstraße (U1, U7). Wenn du auf der Suche nach schönen Parks bist, findet sich der Viktoriapark mit seinem Wasserfall, der Park am Gleisdreieck und das Tempelhofer Feld in der Nähe.

The house was built around 1900 and has a beautiful courtyard with a large plane tree and is located directly at the Landwehrkanal. Within walking distance you'll find the Bergmannkiez (around Bergmannstraße) with many cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as the Graefekiez, one of my favorites - with the beautiful bridge Admiralsbrücke and more great bars and cafes.
The public transport connections are also very good. The closest subway stations are U Mehringdamm (U6, U7), Hallesches Tor (U1, U6) and Möckernstraße (U1, U7). If you are looking for beautiful parks, the Viktoriapark with its waterfall, Park am Gleisdreieck and the Tempelhofer Feld are nearby.
Uns ist daran gelegen Personen zu finden, die sich in unserer Wohnung wohl fühlen und auch sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgehen, da wir viel Liebe in die Wohnung investiert habe und uns ein nachhaltiger Umgang mit Gegenständen generell wichtig ist.
Solltest du rauchen, wäre das nur auf dem Balkon möglich. Außerdem können keine Partys in der Wohnung veranstaltet werden.
