Hi there!
As I will be travelling in Feb/March, I would like to sublet my beautiful flat to someone very reliable.
The flat has high ceilings, get sun light in the day and has been fully renovated! There are 2 rooms (even though the layout is a bit weird), but you can have a separate area from the "sleeping room". The flat is located in the backyard of the building, so it is really quiet at night.
I have some antique furnitures in the flat, that I really care of, therefore I am looking for someone respectful who could take care. :)
Please note that the flat is only available 3 WEEKS. Let me know if you have any questions!
