1 room in a shared aprtment

Hello!

The place is situated in Magdalenenstrase (8-10 mins bus ride to Fhain). Rewe is 5 mins walk away and Ubhan is 7 mins walk from this address (there is a bus 50 meters away downstairs that goes to the Ubahn in 1 min, the bus stop is closer than where you throw the trash).

It is for one person and furnished room with A POSSIBILITY to EXTEND the contract. My family might come sometime, so I will let you know 2 month before I need the place again. But it might be April next year or December next year. The photo is old, so you will have a table, chair and so on (I will update with new photos soon).

Cleanliness is very important. I DON'T want someone who only talks and does nothing. If you say we should clean the apartment once a week, I would also expect you to do that too every other week, or take the trash out. If we have party then we have to clean and not just leave everything in kitchen for days.

I would prefer someone creative and open minded. If you are a musician or a photographer, that will be really great as we can share our passion. I like my own time and have a band, so I am usually in my room doing research, reading, practicing guitars and so on. If you have anything or want to hangout, just knock on the door and we could sit in the balcony to have a conversation.

Kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
