We are subletting our beautiful three bedroom flat between Lichtenberg and Friedrichshain for 6 weeks or longer. It's on the top floor, very bright with lots of lights and plants. One living room with a separate working area, a small study and huge bedroom with kingsize bed. The couch can be converted into a bed as well. A big kitchen with dining table and bathroom with a bathtub.
We are sharing a huge garden with our neighbours with lots of trees, playground for the children and places to hang out.
We live in the east of Berlin just a few minutes from S Frankfurter Allee, where you can take the Ringbahn to go around the city. 30 minute ride from the airport or main train station. The house is on a quiet street in a residential area but in walking distance to the vibrant area of Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain with all its bars, restaurants, clubs and shops full of curiosities.
There is a huge park around the corner with an urban farm and forest area.
The tram stops 3 minutes from the house and can take you to the lake, the subway is ten minutes by foot and stops by all the big turistic sides.
Great spot to see the known monuments of Berlin but also get a great insight into the east of the city.
