Liebe Leute, ich verreise ab 1. September bis etwa 20. September und biete euch meine Wohnung in Lichtenberg zur Untermiete an. Sie hat 2,5 Zimmer (2 Zimmer + Loggia ;) und ist komplett ausgestattet. Internet, Handtücher, Bezüge gibt’s natürlich dazu. Der Rückkehrtag ist noch nicht fest und kann individuell ausgehandelt werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 Min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Lichtenberg entfernt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse mit Parkplätzen. Es gibt sowohl S-Bahn als auch U-Bahn Anbindung. In wenigen Minuten ist man in Friedrichshain, 6 Minuten bis zur Warschauer Strasse, 15 Min zum Alex. Auch Kreuzberg und Neukölln ist schnell und leicht zu erreichen.
Der Tierpark ist etwa 15 Min zu Fuß entfernt und es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Dear folks, I am going to travel starting 1. September to about 20. September and I offer my flat in Lichtenberg for this time. The flat has 2,5 rooms (2 rooms + loggia) and is completely furnished. Internet, towels and other stuff included of course. I am not quite sure when I ll come back so we can sort that out individually.
The flat is 5 Min away from the trainstation Lichtenberg and is situated in a rather silent street with parking lots. You can take the S Bahn and the U bahn from Lichtenberg and be in Friedrichshain in a few Minutes. It takes 6 minutes to Warschauer Strasse and 15 minutes to Alexanderplatz. Kreuzberg and Neukölln are also easy to reach.
You have the Berlin East Zoo 15 min away and there are many stores around.
Querida gente, yo me voy de viaje a partir de 1 de septiembre y voy a regresar alrededor de 20 de septiembre. Yo ofrezco mi apartamento en Lichtenberg para este tiempo. El apartamento tiene 2,5 habitaciones (2 habitaciones + loggia) y tiene muebles. Internet y toallas incluídas. Todavía no sé cuando exactamente voy a regresar, pues eso podemos resolver individualmente.
El apartamento queda 5 minutes de la estacion de S Bahn y U bahn llamada Lichtenberg en una calle chica. Hay donde dejar el coche. Con la S Bahn y la U Bahn se puede ir a Friedrichshain en pocos minutos. 6 minutos a Warschauer Strasse y 15 minutos a Alexanderplatz. También Kreuzberg y Neukölln están cerca.
El zoo de Berlin Este está solo 15 min caminado y hay varios mercados cercanos para hacer compras.
