Hey Folks,
We are subletting a sunny apartment located in Lichtenberg.
The flat is very bright, spacious, cozy and ventilated. There flat is divided in:
-a big living room and a small room/studio connected to it
-a small corridor
-bathroom
-a big 25 square meters room
-a nice sunny balcony.
We will be travelling therefore we need somebody responsible, clean and respectful to take care of the apartment during the month of August and September. The flat can easily accomodate three people but it would be perfect for a couple. The area is very well connected: the tram stop (Tram M8, 17, 27, 37) is literally one hundred meters from the house.
Lichtenberg is a quiet area, there is not much going on but it is very close to Friedrichshain (waschauer strasse 20 minutes) and you can reach Mitte very quickly (Alexanderplatz 25m).
The flat is fully furnished and the price is pretty affordable (send an email for details). It is possible to visit the flat this weekend and we are renting from the 3th of august till the end of september.
No party monsters, nazis, nasty people etc etc. Neighbours are quite chill.
Unfortunately, It is not possible to get Anmeldung.
