I'm renting out my furnished 51m² 2 bedroom apartment on a quiet street near Lichtenburg Bahnhof. Perfect for couples or singles - not really WG appropriate, although could be shared with a sleeping couch.
The altbau flat has two balconies, a nice living area and bedroom off the main street. There is a wonderful kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, new oven and washing machine. Perfect space for preparing food. There is a desk set up with a high quality screen perfect for working from home. I've also got a projector for watching movies, as well as a guitar and a selection of english books if you're interested. There is a bike storage room available. From the apartment it's less than 10mins to Lichtenburg bahnhof which has good connections to Alexanderplatz (12mins) and Ostkreuz (5mins). There is a great Rewe and Lidl in walking distance and a very friendly bakery on the corner opposite the apartment.

I will be travelling and would like to rent the place out for 900€/month (warm) ono. This includes all rent, electricity, wifi and heating costs.
