(dates flexible) 1 - 1,5 Monate (February - 15.3.) cozy shortterm apartment 2 rooms

(english below) Hi zusammen,

ich werde eine Reise nach Asien machen und somit nicht in Berlin sein (voraussichtlich Anfang Februar - Mitte März) und vermiete deshalb meine wunderschöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung unter.
Es ist ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie ein Schlafzimmer + Bad inkl. Badewanne und Küche mit großem Esstisch vorhanden.
Natürlich werde ich Platz für sämtliche Sachen machen, die du mitbringst.

Wäre toll, wenn sich jemand um die Pflanzen kümmern würden, ist aber nicht viel Aufwand - da nur 2,3 in Erde getopft und die anderen mit den Wurzeln in einem Wasserbehälter sind :)

Die S-Bahnen (S7 & S5) sowie die U5 sind nur die Straße runter von dort aus ist man innerhalb 2 Stationen am Ostkreuz und in 3 bei der Warschauer Straße. Falls mal in die andere Richtung gehen sollte, ist die Frankfurter Alle mit der U5 nur 2 Stationen entfernt, da gibt es dann die Ringbahn.
Es gibt einige Essensmöglichkeiten, sowie Spätis 1-2 Minuten entfernt.

Meine Nachbarn sind super nett und wenn man Hilfe braucht, gerne für einem da.

Hi everyyone,

I will travel to Asia and wont be in Berlin (February - March) and therefore sublet my beautiful 2 room apartment.
There is a large living room as well as a bedroom + bathroom including bathtub and kitchen with large dining table.
Of course I will make room for all the stuff you bring.

Would be great if someone would take care of the plants, but is not much effort - as only 2,3 are potted in soil and the others with the roots in a water container :)

The S-Bahn (S7 & S5) as well as the U5 are just down the street from there you are within 2 stops at Ostkreuz and in 3 at Warschauer Straße. If ever going in the other direction, Frankfurter Alle is only 2 stops away with the U5, there is then the Ringbahn.
There are some food options, as well as Spätis 1-2 minutes away.

My neighbors are super nice and if you need help, gladly there for you.
