Aktuell wohnen wohnt hier eine WG, wir (Johanna, Asil und Leon) wohnen im EG darunter und würden uns freuen, wenn wieder eine WG hier einzieht :)
Wir sind sehr offene Menschen und würden uns über andere Weltoffene Menschen freuen.

Die Wohnung liegt nicht mehr in Berlin, sondern bereits in Brandenburg, Blankenfelde-Mahlow.
Jedoch ist die Stadtgrenze nur ca. 1km entfernt, man benötigt 6-8min zur S-Bahn (S2) welche einen in 18min zum Südkreuz und in 28min zur Friedrichstraße bringt.
Der Vorteil an Mahlow sind seine Felder, die Stadtnähe und eine gewisse Ruhe :)
Die Flugzeuge des SXF Flughafen hat man natürlich, jedoch gewöhnt man sich sehr schnell daran, zudem fliegen aktuell wegen Corona auch deutlich weniger.
Wir haben diese Wohnung in Lichtenrade "platziert", da sie dann noch in Berlin angezeigt wird, ich hoffe das ist in Ordnung ;)
Gerne könnt ihr mich hier via WG Gesucht Kontaktieren, alternativ auch über das Inserat der Hausverwaltung. Wir freuen uns auf eure Anfragen.
Besichtigungen sind im Vorfeld abzustimmen. Bei der Hausverwaltung (siehe Immo Scott) ist ein Schlüssel der aktuellen Mieter, somit können Termine recht flexibel abgestimmt werden.
