Since we are going to go abroad for the next two years, we are subletting our cosy 4-room flat in Lichtefelde West. The appartment is fully furnished and includes a sunny balcony as well as an additional guest bathroom. Furthermore you can enjoy the beautiful Berlin summers in the nice backyard.
At the moment the four rooms are arranged as Living room (including dinning table), parent's bedroom,
kid's room and study with sofa bed.
The kitchen provides everything including a microwave and a dishwasher.
The rent includes electricity and internet.
The appartment is situated in a quiet sidestreet from Hindenburgdamm.
Grocerystore, supermarket, kindergarden and pharmacy are only two minutes away on food.
The Bäkepark, a nice park and the botanic garden are not much farther away.
Public transport is also close by - you reach the S-Bahn-station Botanischer Garten in eight minutes on food the bus station is two minutes away and the busses there bring you directly to the Metro station Rathaus Stegliz.
The Free University (FU) is only 10 minutes by bike.
Since we will not come back to Berlin too often, we are ideally looking for someone renting the flat for the entire two years.
The flat is fully furnished and we plan to leave our furniture in the appartment. However, we can discuss individual items like the child's bed if you do not need them.
